Brinbeal Secondary College - Construction a new High School comprising of 4 x single-storey & 1 x two-storey Buildings with a total concrete footprint of 14,225m2. In addition to the structural concrete package, OPT Concrete assisted with the delivery of the Hard Landscaping works which comprised of over 350 lineal metres of coloured oxide in-situ retaining walls/seats, and over 7,500m2 of concrete footpaths - standard, coloured oxide, and exposed finishes including sand-blasting of local animals/critter stencils into the pavements.

Banum Warrik Primary School - Construction of a new Primary School comprising of 4 x raft slab Buildings with a total concrete footprint of 4,700m2.
Bundle A - Binap Primary School
As part of the delivery of the Binap Primary School, OPT Concrete undertook it’s most extensive scope of works, which included all Bulk Civil (Cut/Fill), Temporary Works, Concrete Structures, and Civil Works including Flexible & Rigid Pavements.
OPT Concrete commenced it’s works onsite as the first trade, with the completion of the initial site scrape of the 3.65 ha. site, before continuing with a further 15,000m3 cut/fill to achieve the new design levels.
As part of the Concrete Structures, OPT Concrete completed works to 5 x raft Slab Buildings with a total concrete footprint of 5,500m2.
As part of the Civil Works, OPT Concrete constructed the associated asphalt Car Park & Bus Bay - 1,800m2 including all kerbing, over 3,000m2 of concrete pedestrian pavements, and supporting miscellaneous footings & utility structures.
Additionally, throughout the course of the project, OPT Concrete supplied, installed, and removed approximately 4,500t of CTCR for temporary access, egress, and crane pads.
